The City of Richmond is seeking your comments on the draft Seniors Service Plan: Active and Healthy Living 2015-2020. Your feedback is very important and will assist us in finalizing the Seniors Service Plan 2015-2020, which will set the goals and actions for planning and development of services and programs for seniors in Richmond for the next six years.

This is a confidential survey, and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
