Richmond is home to many non-profit organizations (NPOs) that deliver essential social services to residents. NPOs depend on access to quality and affordable spaces that are located in appropriate neighbourhoods to meet the needs of Richmond’s diverse population.
The Richmond Community Services Advisory Committee (RCSAC), an advisory body to Richmond City Council on social, health and community matters, is conducting the RCSAC Non-Profit Space Needs Survey to understand the real estate needs and challenges affecting non-profits delivering social services in Richmond.
Richmond-based NPOs that deliver social services are invited to complete the RCSAC Space Needs Survey.
Survey results will help the Richmond Community Services Advisory Committee gather information and provide advice to Richmond City Council regarding social purpose real estate in Richmond. Social purpose real estate is any space that is owned, rented and/or operated by a non-profit organization or social enterprise for the purpose of community benefit.
The survey is available Tuesday, June 27 to Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
