Draft Homelessness Strategy 2019-2029

The Draft Homelessness Strategy provides a broad set of direction to guide collaborative work in Richmond. The Strategy sets out a vision statement, five strategic directions, and 26 recommended actions to be completed over a 10 year period (2019-2029).
