The City of Richmond’s Planning and Development Division is holding a second Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) information event for residential builders and designers – and we encourage you to:
Attend to learn, ask questions and comment on Building Code, zoning and design highlights.
Prior to attending, please complete our short online survey (<5 minutes).
Completing the short survey is important. It will tell us your experience and preferences regarding Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH). Results of the survey will be shared at the event.
The deadline for completing the survey is 11:59pm, Sunday, November 24, 2024; however, to be included in the information shared at the Builders Breakfast, your survey must be received by Sunday, November 17, 2024. (All survey results will be anonymous.)

8:30 – 10:30 am (Doors Open at 8:30, Presentation starts at 9:00 )
