Through the Operating and Utility budgets, the City delivers a diverse array of services, such as policing, parks, child care, libraries, fire-rescue, water, sewer, garbage and recycling, road maintenance, flood protection, recreation, cultural services and more. Through the Capital budget, the City invests in land, infrastructure, facilities and equipment in order to provide the services.

We invite you to submit your comments through the online survey below, which is open until midnight on Sunday, October 23, 2016. All comments will be reviewed as the 2017 budget is being prepared and will also be provided to City Council.
