Thank you for your interest in participating in the Age-Friendly Cambie/ East Richmond Neighbourhood Group. We are recruiting up to 12-15 seniors (aged 55+) to participate in a Neighbourhood Group to help identify opportunities to make the Cambie/ East Richmond neighbourhood more age-friendly.

Deadline extended - Applications to participate are being accepted until 5pm, Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Age-friendly neighbourhoods support seniors with wide-ranging needs and resources to remain healthy, active and engaged. For this reason, we are seeking seniors living in the Cambie/ East Richmond neighbourhood with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, needs and abilities to participate.

Neighbourhood Group details:

• Eligible applicants will be selected at random, no special expertise is required. To be eligible, applicants must be age 55+ and live in the Cambie/ East Richmond neighbourhood.
• All eligible applicants will be notified of the status of their application by Friday, October 18, 2024.
• The Neighbourhood Group will meet six (6) times from October through December.
• A final report and recommendations will be published in the spring.
