Thank you for your interest in participating in the Blundell Age-Friendly Neighbourhood Group. We are recruiting 12-15 seniors (aged 55+) to participate in a Neighbourhood Group to help identify opportunities to make the Blundell neighbourhood more age-friendly.

Applications to participate are being accepted until 5pm, Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Age-friendly neighbourhoods support seniors with wide-ranging needs and resources to remain healthy, active and engaged. For this reason, we are seeking seniors living in the Blundell neighbourhood with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, needs and abilities to participate.

Neighbourhood Group Details

  • Up to 15 participants will be selected randomly, with an effort to ensure diverse representation. No special expertise is required. To be eligible, applicants must be age 55+ and live in the Blundell neighbourhood.
  • All eligible applicants will be notified of the status of their application by Monday, May 5, 2025.
  • The Blundell Neighbourhood Group will meet five (5) times from May to June .
  • A final report and recommendations will be published in the fall.
