Hugh Boyd Community Park playground has long been a popular destination in the West Richmond area. As the playground equipment and surfacing approach the end of their lifecycle, a renewal is required. This project aims to upgrade the playground area to improve accessibility, enhance safety, and better serve the diverse and evolving needs of the community.
